All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is 5–14 business days, depending on your location.
We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks from the shipping date.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on regional restrictions or carrier limitations.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Lost packages will be replaced or refunded based on the situation.
