We offer a full refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Simply contact us with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

2. Time Window

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. What We Cover

We fully cover:

  • Broken, damaged, or faulty products

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Products not functioning as advertised

If any of these issues occur, you are eligible for a full refund with no return fee.

4. Proof Required

In most cases, we ask for a photo or short video showing the issue so our team can review it quickly and approve your refund.

5. Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Replacements

If preferred, we can send a replacement instead of a refund at no additional cost.

7. Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind or unwanted items, returns may be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:
